The LL. M Program in Chinese Business Law is as English-instructed program that was set up by School of Law particularly for international students. It is a two-year program, the first year is for studying courses, the second year for writing thesis. This program has complied with the advantage of Shanghai’s business, financial and law center. We set up the special courses such as Business Law and Finance Law, against the backdrop of internationalization of law and economic integration, has attraction to foreign lawyers and students. The teaching objectives, curriculum provision and teaching arrangement are individually fulfilled by the School of Law of Fudan University. This program begins to enroll students in Spring, 2010, and begins teaching in August, 2010. So far, 3 classes have entered. The total of all tuition fees is 160000 RMB.
